EP-1 IOT Time Travel Story

It’s glad that I have started my blog with the podcast and would like to explain to you the emerging technologies which are in huge demand in this fast-growing world. My main motive is to connect you to the technologies through a medium of the story which interacts with our daily life.

IoT means the Internet of Things.  I would like you guys to take a tour of spring season 2030, where everyone is enjoying their winter and each person is sleeping in their house. It feels awesome when someone wakes you up. And here in 2030, my phone is wishing me sweet “Good Morning! “ from the concern of my bed. I just smiled, closed my eyes again, and lost in thought that earlier it was my mom who comes to my room and makes me get up from bed with my favorite cup of tea.

“Your tea master”, It’s my Artificial Intelligence-based robot who came to know that right now I am on the bed and ready to have tea.  And the most amazing part is that my caretaker-phone has already ordered a tea maker to prepare a strong ginger tea for me. It’s not the same old beautiful and handmade cup but now those are replaced by high-tech and sensor cups which today provided a signal to my tea-maker that sugar was 5% more than what I prefer everyday through internet connectivity.  

“Have your tea Amit! You are getting late for the office” my mom said. I came back from my daydream to the daily life of 2021 where partially my life has been acquired by technologies.
